Andy Lau, a Hong Kong actor, singer and film producer, is arguably the greatest icon of contemporary Asian cinema and pop music.

Andy Lau has made more than 100 films and won numerous awards, the most successful of which is undoubtedly “Cast Away”, the story of a mob-infiltrated cop and gangster who infiltrates the police force and meets another Chinese icon, Tony Leung, at the police station. In this country, Andy’s face is best known for the film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, he is the Chinese singer with the most awards.
